Musica e Strumenti del Nuovo Mondo

Un blog sulla musica e gli strumenti musicali del Sudamerica ma anche un viaggio attraverso i tempi e i luoghi. Questo -Mundo Nuevo- che, come tanti altri miei coetanei abbiamo iniziato a conoscere agli inizi degli anni settanta, dopo il colpo di stato in Cile, affascinati dalla musica proposta da Inti Illimani, Quilapayun, Los Calchakis, Illapu....
Il mio proposito però non è quello di aprire discussioni e confronti tra fan dei gruppi che ho citato prima.
Mi propongo  di viaggiare ( con chi  mi accompagnerà ) attraverso la storia della musica e del folclore del Sudamerica, dell' Isola di Pascua ( e della vicina Polinesia ), di parlare di ritmi, di suoni, di materiali con i quali sono costruiti gli strumenti  musicali, delle influenze europee o autoctone.
Il punto di vista nuovo però è importante: ovvero parliamo di  quello che  abbiamo imparato,  dell'occasione unica che abbiamo colto proprio quando  negli anni '70 ci siamo " accorti " che esisteva un Mondo Nuovo, una Musica Nuova. Nuovi ritmi, nuovi colori, nuove essenze sprigionate da legni esotici!
Allora prepariamoci per questo viaggio, tra realtà e immaginazione. Tra passato e presente, muovendoci tra gli elementi,tra i suoni ancestrali del Mundo Nuevo!




 Un blog sobre la música y los instrumentos musicales del Sudamerica pero también un viaje a travès de los tiempos y  de los lugares. Este - Mundo Nuevo - que, como muchos otros mis coetáneos empezaron a conocer al principio de los años setenta, después del golpe de estado en Chile, fascinados por la música tocada por Inti Illimani, Quilapayun, Los Calchakis, Illapu.... 
Mi propósito pero no es abrir  con discusiones y comparaciones entre hinchas de los grupos que he nombrado antes. 
Propongo un viaje , con quién me acompañará, por la historia de la música y el folclore del Sudamerica, dell' Isla de Pascua, y del cercano Polinesia, comentando de ritmos, de sonidos, de materiales con los que son construidos los instrumentos musicales, de las influencias europeas o autóctonas. 
El punto de vista nuevo pero es importante: o bien hablamos de lo que hemos aprendido, de la ocasión única que hemos cogido justo cuando en los años '70 nos "hemos dado cuenta" de que existió un Mundo Nuevo, una Música Nueva. ¡Nuevos ritmos, nuevos colores, nuevos olores de maderas exóticas! 
Entonces nos preparamos por este viaje, entre realidad e imaginación. ¡entre pasado y presente, moviéndonos entre los elementos, acompañados por los sonidos  ancestrales del Mundo Nuevo!

However my purpose is not to open discussions and comparisons between fan of the groups which I have mentioned before. I suggest that I travel (with who will take me) through history of the music and the folklore of Sudamerica, the Pascua Island (of the near Polynesia),by talking about rhythms, about sounds, of materials to which are built the musical instruments, of the European influences or autoctone. However the new point of view is important: that is we talk about what we have learned, of the only opportunity that we have really gathered when in the 1970s have "noticed" that he was existing a  Mundo Nuevo,a new music.
New rhythms, new colours, new essences given off by exotic woods! Then prepare us for this journey, between reality and imagination. Between past and present, moving between the elements, between the ancestral sounds of Mundo Nuevo!
